The relationships are shown on a loosely sheet in the judgement book of Ramsele for the year 1652. All 4 sons were married 1610 according to the marriage union register this year. Jakob Persson states at the ransom of Älfsborg in 1571 that he has in money 12 1/2 mark, 6 öre, 1 1/2 lisp (1 lispund = 8,5 kilo) cupper, 6 cows, 2 two year old bullocks, 1 three year old bullock, 6 sheep, 1 pig, 1 horse. He gives as taxes 10 mark and 6 öre. As tithes for the year 1572 he gives 3 1/2 spann (1 spann = 73,5 litres) of barley and 1 1/2 fjärding (1 fjärding = 18,4 litres) of rye. At the inventory of 1601 he is noted to use 6 tunnor (1 tunna = 147 litres) of corn as sawing, which was 2 tunnor more than for any other farmer in the parish. He is noted as living in Guxås in the register of population 1573. In tithes 1576 he gives 2 pails of barley and 1 pan of rye. At the Bjertvå county council on the 29th of October 1586 he took the oath of allegiance to the King Johan III. He also, with help of the county sheriff, in 1571 put together a register of persons who had to pay money to the ransom of Älfsborg. His personal property consists of 50 lods of silver, 100 marks in money, 12,5 marks of brass, 7,5 pounds of copper, 6 bullocks, 6 goats and 2 horses. The total value was 557,5 marks. He paid in tithes 57 marks and 6 öre. In an official letter to the Swedish Government on the 29th of June 1573 he complains about that Ramsele has the weakest economy in Ångermanland. It contains 4 parishes and it is 15 mils between the most distant parishes. Ericus must have an assistant. But he is too poor to pay the salary of an assistant. Therefore he requests to get two parts of the tithes or some pounds. Johan III allowed him on the 17th of May 1575 annually 2 pounds of corn. This was paid for the last time on the 3rd of Marsh 1585, which obviously is the year of his death. The old decomposed wooden church in Helgum was during the time of Ericus Olai replaced by a stone church. Ericus Olai probably had the following three sons: Oluff farmer and soldier in Guxås, Sven farmer in Guxås and Sjul farmer in Ärtrik. Children:
